Health Care
Medical expenses incurred as a result of an injury or accident covering out-patient, hospitalization and overseas treatment.
Vision Care
Expenses for any service or supplies to correct vision, be it examination, lenses and/or frames.
Dental Care
Expenses for any treatment or services, be it examination, prophylaxis, extraction etc.
Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Term insurance to the value of the face amount on the policy as a result of death to the insured.
Additional payment of double the value of the face amount of the policy, if death is the result of an accident; or a percentage of the face amount if accident results in loss of limbs or eyes.
